Your hosts Steve and Tina welcome you to the brand new Honey Harbour Bungalows Treetops.

 

This beautifully wooded large waterfront property, surrounded by crown land is located at the end of a gorgeous winding river.  Relax in this brand new home with over 200ft of waterfront with a gradual entry sandy beach, wonderful swimming and a dock for boats.  The river ends in a scenic creek and waterfall which backs onto Baxter Lake, excellent for portaging with a canoe or kayaks as well as great fishing.

 

This home is built up on a gradual hill for an elevated view straight down the river.  Large covered decks on front and side plus back porch. Separate deck with bistro set on back queen bedroom. Private but not isolated, with only a few properties on this river, which opens into South Bay and the main channel leading out to Georgian Bay.  Located just minutes from the towns of Honey Harbour and Port Severn. 

 

 The Main cottage has 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each and sliding patio door to decks. 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds.  Ceiling fans in all rooms. 

 

2 bathrooms.  Main ensuite bathroom with sink, toilet and large freestanding tub at big picture window with view down the river.  Guest bathroom with toilet, sink, shower.

Muskoka room is fully screened-in at front corner inside house.

Bottled drinking water (tap water is from the lake)

Firewood for the fire pit

Toiletries, Shampoo, soap, ect....

Tinfoil, plastic wrap, food containers if need for leftovers

Sunscreen, bug spray, afterbite

Sweater for cooler nights

Slippers of inside to protect floors (please remove outside shoes)
